Sophia was born and raised in Michigan before moving down to Florida after graduation. She earned her BBA from Northwood University in 2024, majoring in International Business and minoring in Economics and Management. After being accepted into an accelerated program at school, she went on to complete her MBA in management from the Devos Graduate School at Northwood in 2025. With a background in the title industry, Sophia brings a service-oriented mindset to everything she does. She is driven by a genuine desire to support others in reaching their goals. She thrives in collaborative team environments where she can build strong relationships, contribute meaningfully, and continue to learn and grow alongside her colleagues. Before joining Florida Best Quote, Sophia worked at a title agency and held internships with both the Walt Disney Company and Hendrick Automotive Group, experiences that helped her shape her professional foundation and customer-first approach. Outside of work, Sophia loves spending time with her family, whether it is a group family facetime and especially in-person. Some of her favorite memories include spending summers in Northern Michigan at the cottage, and dinners with her grandparents every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. She’s also a proud fan of her hometown team, the Detroit Lions, and never misses a Formula 1 Sunday race day.
